Hello again my fellow homeschoolers! I hope you guys like this one cause I’ve been working on it special for you 🙂 OK, imagine with me for a minute…
Your mom peeks around a corner and whispers to you in a creepy voice, “It’s time. Go and collect and bring me… the box tops!” Da da da! *Action movie music starts up in the background* You give a nod and she disappears around the corner.
You walk around the house, waiting on something to jump out at you. Then you see it, the box top. On the evil cardboard box.
Staring at you, waiting…mocking you, waiting on you to make your move. Then you whip out your secret weapon. A cardboard cutter! Da da da! *Action music intensifies*
You circle your opponent, sizing it up. Then you take up a defensive stance against a cardboard box, ready to spring into action. Then you realize mom is still waiting patiently for her box tops. You attack the box with a vengeance, rescuing the box tops. You’ve won the battle with minor injuries.( By the way… HOW DO you get PAPER cuts from CARDBOARD?!)
You return your prize (box tops), to the Queen (mom), who is extremely thankful. You review your skills –
stealth, strength, agility, awesomeness and your amazing skill with a cardboard cutter.
All in a homeschoolers day of work. Next mission- recruit the wizard and slay the dragon…You can give us a breifing on your own awesome homeschooler adventures 😉

That was easy wasn’t it? 😉 I would suggest an Opposite Day 🙂I will share a moment that was a lesson. I was opening a door. I reached for the doorknob and turned it. (Everythings going good so far…) I pulled on the door to open it and went to walk through the door in one motion… too bad I forgot the door pushed IN instead of pulling OUT. So I didnt actually walk ‘through’ the door…more like ‘into’ the door. Or to sum it up humorously… BONK! Good thing I was able to pull the ‘I meant to do that’ face 😉 Lol!
